License to Use Course Materials: When you purchase an online course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course materials for your own learning and personal use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download (except for personal offline viewing where permitted), store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or provided through our Services for any commercial purpose.
5. Purchases and Payments
Pricing: Prices for our courses, products, and services are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed in GBP £.
Payment Processing: We use Kajabi's integrated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required by law.
Course Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital course or product via the Kajabi platform. Unless otherwise stated, access to purchased online courses is provided for the lifetime of the course on the Kajabi platform. We reserve the right to discontinue courses with reasonable notice, though access to purchased materials will be maintained where technically feasible.
Coaching Services: Coaching services will be scheduled as agreed upon booking.
6. Refund Policy
Online Courses & Digital Products: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our online courses and digital products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date, providing your order details and reason for the request, to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests made after the 14-day period or in cases of suspected abuse of the policy (e.g., excessive downloading of materials followed by a refund request).
Coaching Services: Due to the nature of coaching and the time reserved, refunds for coaching packages or sessions are handled differently. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy below.
7. Cancellation Policy (Coaching Services)
Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked group or one-to-one coaching session, we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), may result in the session being forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option, at our discretion.
Refunds for Coaching: Refunds for prepaid coaching packages or sessions cancelled by the client (even with sufficient notice) are generally not provided, but we may offer credit towards future sessions or consider refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and the terms of any specific coaching agreement. Please discuss any concerns with us directly.
Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and will reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time or offer a refund for that specific session if rescheduling is not feasible.
8. Nature of Services
Educational Services: Our coaching and courses provide educational support and parenting strategies. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.
For concerns about your child's health, development, or behaviour that may have underlying medical causes, please consult qualified healthcare professionals. If you require professional advice specific to your circumstances, please seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
